

Sarah Jessica Parker wore a variation of Alexander McQueen Widows of Culloden AW 2006–7 dress for the Anglomania Met Ball in 2006. She remembered Alexander McQueen as "quiet and unthinkably shy" when they met for the fitting. During the car ride to the Metropolitan Museum of the Art, it was "dead quiet" and he was an "extremely private" person.
"He felt things deeply and responded to things in a very colourful and demonstrative way," she noted.
